Excellent project. I'm an alumnus from Carnegie Mellon University in PIttsburgh, PA. CMU created an Entertainment and Technology Center that develops gaming initiatives http://www.etc.cmu.edu/, especially those used to assist with conflict-resolution. One game, Peacemaker, lets contestants play as Israelis and as Palestinians. Pittsburgh hosted a gaming conference called The Future of Interactive Technology for Peace: http://www.etc.cmu.edu/peace2008/. It would be great to see them engage environmental concerns. CMU has HUGE resources, financial, personnel, and otherwise, and I'm sure they would be interested in partnering with you. Good luck, and please let me know if you'd like me to give you specific contacts from CMU.
