Yes indeed; we are developing a prototype that can run in classroom and have a couple of schools keen to try it within curricular time. Schools have expressed interest in using it as a tool to accompany social sciences, language, and STEM (Science, tech, engineering, math) classes. Interested in what you’re doing/creating. Is this program intended to be implemented in the classroom at all, or is it solely an after-school org?

Excellent project. I’m an alumnus from Carnegie Mellon University in PIttsburgh, PA. CMU created an Entertainment and Technology Center that develops gaming initiatives http://www.etc.cmu.edu/, especially those used to assist with conflict-resolution. One game, Peacemaker, lets contestants play as Israelis and as Palestinians. Pittsburgh hosted a gaming conference called The Future of Interactive Technology for Peace: http://www.etc.cmu.edu/peace2008/. It would be great to see them engage environmental concerns. CMU has HUGE resources, financial, personnel, and otherwise, and I’m sure they would be interested in partnering with you.
